Western hats are a projection of a personality, as all hats are. They make a statement as to where you are from (Montana peak, Canadian crease) or what you do (Cattlemen crown - Foreman - Cutter -Packer and Tycoon) or they can be just a fashion statement.

The hat creases shown as sketches below are standard forms of western hats as are the brim sketches. I ask my customers to pick the crown that they wish along with the brim they desire and we go from there. I use the requested crown and brim along with the photos (a frontal and a 3/4 shot) and design them their custom hat.

All basic colors are available: black, brown, dark grey, light grey, silver belly, silvermist, saddle, bone, white pure natural beaver and pure black beaver. When you select a color, I send you a brim cutting of the color of your choice.

Western hats outside bands are available in leather (though I don't recommend leather) horse hair, or standard 2 or 3 band traditional western knotted band. I personally recommend using the brim cutting from your hat with a silver or gold buckle, there is a slight extra charge but its well worth it. Prices for Western hats vary from $207 - $850 depending on the percentage of beaver.
